Meet your Inspector
Hello, My name is Dave Kuiper, owner of Caloosa Home Services. Caloosa Home Services is a dba extension of Djs RV Services LLC., an RV inspection company based in SW Florida. I cover the SW corner of Florida primarily Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties. I am certified as a CPI, Certified Professional Inspector with InterNachi, Licensed with the State of Florida HI16840, and a licensed drone operator UAS, through the FAA. Caloosa Home Services spcializes in insurance inspections such as 4-point, Wind Mitigation, and Roof Inspections. I also do full house, and condo inspections. I use Homegauge as my reporting software. Homegauge uses a product called: CRL, which allows the end user to create an emailable list of defects which can be sent to all necessary parties.
