Full House Inspection

A non-Invasive evaluation of the home systems and components. A home inspection will not show up every defect, but will signigficantly reduce anxiousness by providing data to help make the buying decision.

Infrared Inspection

We use a state of the art Infrared Camera (IF) to find areas of moisture or temperature anomalies. An IF camera takes heat signatures of objects, and translates them to a colored scale. This can be used to find moisture leaks, overheated circuits, or missing insulation

Roof Inspection

If a roof inspection is required by your insurance company, we can help by providing a roof evaluation. We can view the roof from the gutter, drone, or if safe, walk it. This provides the data needed by the insurance company

4-Point Inspection

Some insurance companies require what is called a four point inspection prior to insuring an older home. The four points are limited to certain areas including The Roof, Elecrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. The inspector assesses these elements to discover their condition, age, and operation.

Wind Mitigation

Wind Mitigation (Wind Mit) helps limit the damage wind has on a home during a hurricane. Most isurance companies offer discounts or rebates if homeowners implement specific measures . The wind mitigation inspection can provide this data to the insurance company to verify compliance.

Drone Inspection

We use a professional state of the art Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to inspect areas not accessible with ladders or areas that are to steep to navigate safely.. The finished product is either 4K video or HD still images.
